Annual golf tournament
NOTE: Due to past success at the hands of CWSG Directors Bill Wilson and Jack Phend, we are not currently holding this Golf Tournament as an annual event.
7th Annual Battle of the Wilderness Memorial Golf Tournament:
Shotgun started at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2017. Lake of the Woods Golf Course. Also present were LOW Vets Club and Friends of Wilderness Battlefield!

There were 40 players and 40 sponsors! Most of the sponsorships were from businesses and groups, although there were seven sponsorships from individuals.
Proceeds from this tournament go toward the many Civil War-related projects of the Civil War Study Group. The hole sponsorships provide the bulk of dollars used for our education projects. Please consider patronizing the commercial sponsors or joining the group sponsors. See the list (CLICK HERE)!
